Our new seasonal blend has been carefully sourced featuring two in-season South American coffees. Mantiqueira Sul de Minas (Brazil) adds chocolate fudge and caramelised almonds, and Perlamayo (Peru) lends sweetness and balance to the cup.
This seasonal blend delivers full-bodied flavour and a velvety mouthfeel.

Minas Gerais is Brazil’s primary agricultural state. In the southern regions of Minas Gerais is an area known as Sul de Minas, where the rolling hills and a mild climate averaging 23° C make it an ideal place to grow coffee. This region is home to a mix of coffee estates of varying sizes that account for 30% of Brazil’s Arabica production.
The Catuai 144 varietal was developed by the Instituto Agronomico (IAC) of Sao Paulo State in Campinas, Brazil by crossing Mundo Novo and Caturra varieties.
This lot from Mantiqueira Sul de Minas features notes of chocolate, pecans and dates.
This coffee was grown by Luz Nelly Alarcon Estela who named her farm Perlamayo after the origin of her coffee seeds. She purchased the farm in 2016 and has since grown and improved the area using extensive soil and water conservation. This area of Peru where the coffee is grown is known for being the capital region of Peruvian coffee.
Perlamayo's cup profile lends this espresso blend an intense sweetness, backed by dried fruit flavours of dates and currants.
