Brew Guide: Aeropress

What you’ll need
- Aeropress
- Aeropress paper filter
- Aeropress paddle or stirring spoon
- Scale
- Grinder
- Freshly ground coffee
- Filtered water
- Water kettle
- Timer
- Coffee server or mug

Step 1:
Attach paper filter and place Aeropress (without plunger) and coffee server on the scale. 
Step 2:
Rinse paper filter with hot water to preheat the coffee server. 
Step 3:
Empty out the hot water and add 16g of freshly ground coffee into the vessel. Grind size should be medium-fine. 
Step 4:
Start the timer and pour water evenly over the grounds in a circular motion until it reaches 210g. This should take about 1 minute and 10 seconds. 
Step 5:
Stir the coffee 6 times, then place the plunger back on. 
Step 6:
Slowly press the plunger down to the bottom until you hear a hissing sound. This should take about 30 seconds. Pour, serve and enjoy!
