Returns of online purchases
It's important that you are satisfied with your purchase. At Cata, we have a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also include your (i) name; (ii) date of purchase and (iii) reason for return. Please return the goods to us within 7 days of purchase to: Cata Coffee ℅ 48A Changi South Street 1, Singapore 486114 (Attn: Han Cheoh/Marian Aguilar).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
No returns for coffee
Coffee is a perishable product so we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If an error was made or you received damaged product, please email us and we will make it right.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before we engage in any work, we take care to ensure that you agree with the type of service and menu chosen. In the event that the service is cancelled, please notify us by email at least 10 days in advance for a full deposit refund, otherwise, a 20 % charge will be imposed.
