The current iteration of our Filter Selection Bundle showcases two single-producer lots from Ethiopia and Peru with distinct flavour profiles.
Hadeso Washed is a clean and well-structured lot from Ethiopia, with a honey-sweet flavour profile. Notes of apricot and raspberry is followed by a vibrant citrus finish.
Santacruz strikes a balance between sweet fruit tones and exciting nuances of complex acidity. In the cup, we taste kyoho grape, red cherry and plum.
