Werka is a natural processed Ethiopian with vibrant pineapple acidity notes, a punchy mix of concord grape and dried apricot sweetness.
La Locura is a washed process Colombian that is rich and syrupy in profile. Notes of red apple and panela sugar with a soft acidity.
